Gratitude is one of those things we know we’re supposed to have: say “yes ma’am” and “yes sir” and remember to send thank-you notes. But this psalm shows us that gratitude is more than a simple courtesy; that it may be the means by which we fulfill our powerful destiny—if we choose to embrace it.
